- Security Department is supported by the State Security Guards
- In case of a call, the arrival time of the State Security Service guards at the hotel is 3-5 minutes
SECURITY MEASURES
- Hotel staff is well trained on how to behave during emergencies, selected employees are trained as first aid responders
- Emergency and evacuation procedures are regularly reviewed and rehearsed
- Evacuation plan is available in all areas, including guest rooms
- Public Announcement System is in place
- The response time of the police, firefighters, and ambulance to a call is 5-7 minutes
- All hotel rooms are equipped with smoke detectors
- Automatic Fire Suppression System throughout the property
SHELTER (see photos below)
- On the -1st floor of the hotel, there is a bomb shelter, available to everyone over air raids
- The bomb shelter is equipped with an intake and exhaust ventilation system
- The shelter is equipped with the following: chairs and beds, sufficient provision of water and hot drinks
- Route signs to the shelter are placed throughout the hotel
- Upon check-in, the hotel staff provides instructions on the location of the shelter and the algorithm of actions during an air raid
- The nearest public shelter is located 750 meters from the hotel in the building of Ukrposhta
