We had a very pleasant stay, thank you.
3 points to mention:
-reception staff’s poor English and not clear information
( for example about your sauna - I asked about it one morning, I got the information to call an hour in advance, I did so, only then I was told that it was actually occupied all day)
-the use of our credit card / you mention at reservation that you need it as a guarantee, so we were astonished at check-out that you said there was nothing to pay as you used our card -in this case you should write thatbyou require full prepayment /
-delicious food at the restaurant, but your staff was not smiling at all, everyone seemed sad - at breakfast my plates were sometimes taken away too fast, even though I left fork and knife crossed on purpose; or I was drinking my coffee, while suddenly the the saucer (under-plate) and spoon was taken away from infront of me...
These are really just small things to improve and thanks for asking our opinion.
We truly hope to return other times.
By the way, your housekeeping staff was very kind and effective, just as the doorman upon our arrival, and we were also very glad for the water provided at the stairs.
